Hill Country Select Homes humble beginnings started with a single investor purchasing and adding value to single family properties. As the business and portfolio grew, the team grew and began working with hotel owners and apartment complex investors. By allowing other investors to participate, we can accelerate our growth while giving private money investors options for diversifying their wealth through ownership of commercial and residential real estate. Our hospitality leadership team has more than 75 years of combined experience in limited and full service hotels, owning and managing independent and national brands. When we add a hotel property to our portfolio through purchase or management agreement, we focus on improving REVPAR and guest satisfaction, which increases NOI and profit for owners. Our multi-family leadership team has been involved in more than $50M in transactions. The team consistently performs well by investing in B and C properties with a value-add opportunity in emerging markets throughout the United States.  Our investing model tends to provide above average returns while providing long term stability through multi-family property ownership. We have successfully completed many single family residential (SFR) investments.  Single Family Residential is where we started and we added hotels and apartment complexes over time. Our investors have been very pleased with the results, and the only complaint is that we don't have enough opportunities for our hungry investors!  Investments in the SFR arena tend to be for one year or less.
